Site Browsing:
You browse the site anonymously. We do not require you to identify yourself or reveal any personal information while browsing through the site. However, you may not be able to access certain sections/service of the site or interact with us without supplying us with required personal information. For instance, you would not be able to transact at the site or make any donations at the site, without providing the site with personal information. If you desire to register yourself at the site, you would be required to provide your personal information.

you can choose the option to invite your friends to Suvasam.org or you can send the URL of any interesting article/content you liked in suvasam.org. Suvasam.org/Suvasam will record such referrals to create up to 3 remainders on your behalf.

Sending congratulation/wishes message to members
suvasam.org send congratulation or wishing members and their friends on auspicious days like their birth day, wedding day, New Year wish and Suvasam’s celebration or event to their personal mail id. If member do not want avail such mails they can choose not to send option. 

Cookies

Usage of Information

Suvasam/Suvasam.org does not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to advertisers, marketing and promotional purposes. But Suvasam can use that information for internal purpose and service. 

Personal information will be used by Suvasam for internal purposes including the following:

  • Sending you inter alia email, features, promotional material, surveys, brochures, catalogues, Suvasam annual report, sending congratulation/wishes message to members, request for sharing knowledge, reminders for donations, regular updates on the utilisation of donations by Suvasam and other updates.
  • Processing your donations to Suvasam and other service offered by Suvasam
  • Delivering the Suvasam receipt for donations made by you to Suvasam.
  • Maintaining an internal confidential database of all the personal information collected from visitors to the site
  • Evaluating and administering the site and Suvasam's activities, responding to any problems that may arise and gauging visitor trends on the Site.

Children
Suvasam.org will not directly contact children under age 13 about  for any other means except offering our service to help them on education and career guidance that too proper channel like  informing  school/their parents through children or any other channel.  Our team members will visit periodically to children house only those who receiving our service esp. mentoring to assess the individual children performance and providing counseling to them in all aspects.  The same thing will be intimated to their parents during initial period.
We will publish children photo and few of his/her information to make aware of sponsors. The personal identity and contact details of individual childern will be given to sponsors only after informing the children family.

The Site contains links to other websites for the benefit of it's visitors. This privacy policy does not apply to such other websites. Suvasam is not expressly or impliedly responsible for, or liable to any loss or damage caused to you by the collection, use and retention of personal information by such website in any manner whatsoever. Variation of the Privacy Policy
Suvasam shall be absolutely entitled at its sole discretion from time to time add to, alter, delete or modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Such changes, additions, alterations, deletions or modifications shall be binding on you once you visit the site after the privacy policy has been so amended. Further, when we use any third party for any affiliated service, the third party privacy policy also applicable to you by using this site.
